Rates & Policies


POLICIES HAVE BEEN UPDATED TO COMPLY WITH COVID-19 GUIDELINES


Check-in

Check-in will begin at 3pm - early check-in will not be permitted at this time, in order to ensure adequate time for housekeeping to clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas.


Check-out

Check-out is 11am - late check-out will not be permitted at this time, in order to ensure adequate time for housekeeping to clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas.


Touchless Payments

Your credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance of your reservation on the day of arrival and a receipt will be emailed to you. If you prefer to use a different credit card for this payment, please let us know.


Non-Smoking Facility

The Lodge is a completely non-smoking facility. There is no smoking of any kind allowed in or near ANY rooms. If a guest smokes, he/she must smoke outside, far away from ANY guest rooms' doors and windows. As we are located in the heart of the Stanislaus National Forest, please dispose of cigarettes properly. DO NOT THROW YOUR CIGARETTES AWAY IN THE GUEST ROOM TRASH CANS. A $250.00 Cleaning Charge will be imposed if there is smoking or smoking related damages in the guest rooms.


Pets

Pets are welcome at the Lodge in select rooms only, and subject to availability. YOU MUST CONTACT LODGE DIRECTLY TO CONFIRM PET ROOM AVAILABILITY.  An additional charge of $30 per pet per night will be added to your bill PLUS a $25 pet cleaning fee. Pets are not to be left unattended in guest rooms for ANY length of time, for ANY reason [this also applies to pets being left alone in the guest rooms while inside their crates/kennels/cages/etc.] When pets are outside the guest rooms they are to be with their owner and on a leash. A $250.00 Cleaning Charge will be imposed if a pet causes damage to the guest room or lodge property, or if guest brings in an undisclosed pet.  Please ask our staff for more great tips on how to help your pet(s) have a clean, safe, and pleasant stay here at the Lodge. MAXIMUM = 1 pet per room.


Damages
If any damages or theft occur to guest rooms or property, additional charges will be imposed to cover the cost of those damages, and/or to cover the cost of additional housekeeping services. Fees will range from $50 to $250.


Deposits

A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking. Payment must be made by credit card.


Maximum Occupancies

Rooms are configured for one to four guests. Rates are double-occupancy. (additional $10 per person per night). "Guests" are considered "occupants," regardless of age.


Cancellation

We require a two day notice for cancellation*. Cancellations must be made by 3pm two days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is made with less than two days notice, then the full room rate for all nights booked will be charged.

Prior to two days notice, cancellations will be accepted with a $35.00 processing fee (per room). Departures before the scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation, and monies will not be refundable.


*A SEVEN DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IRONSTONE CONCERTS).


Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.


Group Bookings

Groups are defined as three or more rooms traveling together (even when paid separately). Payment in full is due at the time of booking. There are no refunds or changes/rescheduling allowed for group cancellations. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.


Return Item Policy

Guest items left in the room/on the property will be returned only upon guests' request and at guests' expense. Appropriate shipping and handling costs will be charged to guest's credit card on file. Personal items left behind will be held for four calendar days, before being donated to the local Humane Society thrift store.


Privacy

The Lodge, grounds, and amenities are open to guests ONLY, unless arrangements have been made with the owners. Loitering is not allowed. Any violations to this policy will be reported to the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office immediately.


Guest Check-out

Guests must be checked out with all personal possessions by 11:00am on their scheduled check-out date. If a guest has not paid to extend their reservation (an all cash payment will not be accepted) or completely vacated the property by 11:00am their card on file will be charged for another night's stay.


Check-in Time

Standard check-in 3:00 - 8:00 pm.   Please call the front desk if you will be arriving after 8:00pm, to make arrangements for key pick-up.
